* Marjorie E. Farrow, 35, 2814 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Amanda E. Linebaugh, 21, 10 Rivercrest Drive, No. 7, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, no headlights and no insurance.
* Matthew R. Mathina, 20, 811 N. Henderson Ave., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of stealing money at Cafe Soupe, 2502 Tanner Drive.
* Jeffery A. Harker, 58, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* Angel K. Reid, 21, 20 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance in the 500 block of North Fountain Street.
* Richard L. Jenkins, 26, 2023 Brink St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear and a probation and parole warrant for parole violation.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and trespass at Big Bend Road and Sylvan Lane.

* Cedric Rucker, 30, no address given, was arrested for domestic assault and property damage.
* James Richardson, 54, 2842 West End Blvd., was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear in court.
* Chelsea Eaves, 17, 232 Shirley Drive, was arrested for stealing.
* Cathryn Jaco, 17, 1913 Carolina Lane, was arrested on a Perry County, Mo., warrant for burglary.
* Julie A. McCord, 41, 28 N. Pindwood Lane, was issued a summons for tampering.

* An 18-year-old man and 23-year-old man were taken into protective custody.

* Melvine C. Stuckey, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for theft.
* Julie A. Keys, 45, of Patton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use.
