CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Christen G. Turner, 28, of Jackson was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for failure to provide motor-vehicle financial responsibility, a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and a Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for traffic violation.
• Tashyla A. Lott, 21, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation (stealing less than $500).
• Lanjia D. Patterson, 22, 2838 Independence St., Apt. 6, was arrested at Sheridan Road and Bloomfield Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation (peace disturbance).
• Benjamin R. Davis, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for trespassing.
• Chasity R. Pettigrew, 26, 1001 Locust St., was arrested at 1500 Bloomfield St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for family offense.
• Diana R. Whitener, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Madison County, Missouri, warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
• Jeffrey S. Hedrick Jr., 32, of Mineral Point, Missouri, was arrested at 1701 Lacey St. on a Madison County, Missouri, warrant for dangerous drugs.
• Kevin L. Kielhofner, 34, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.
• Terrelle D. Hobbs, 26, 420 S. Sprigg St., was arrested at Mount Auburn Road and William Street on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Ashley M. Barnhart, 27, of Anna, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for traffic violations.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.
• Assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

• Burglary, damage to a door and theft of medication, a computer and jewelry were reported at 555 N. Spring Ave.

Thefts

• A Ford van was reported stolen at U-Haul, 740 S. Kingshighway.
• Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 3440 Lowes Drive.
• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 3276 William St.
• Theft was reported at 449 S. Kingshighway.

Property damage

• A vehicle was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of compulsory school attendance was reported.
• Identity theft or attempt was reported.
