Arrests

• Justin A. Hubbert, 33, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau municipal warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

• Matthew T. Fredwell, no age given, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right side of the road at Siemers Drive and Route K.

Thefts

• Theft of a motor vehicle was reported.
• Money was reported stolen from 724 Broadway.

Property Damage

• A mailbox was damaged at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 56-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A recovered stolen vehicle was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.
• A parental kidnapping was reported.
