The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Trisha L. Bonney, 21, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

* Kevin M. Brunham, 22, 3001 Themis St., Apt. D, was arrested on a Kansas warrant for failure to appear.

* Jack L. Judd, 34, 1933 Delwin St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for possession of hallucinogen.

* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* Roger W. Poole, 26, 429 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for a noise violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of indecent exposure, being a minor in possession of intoxicants and misrepresentation of age.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and being a visibly intoxicated minor.

Assault

* Assault and armed criminal action were reported.

* A subject was released pending charges of domestic assault.

Thefts

* A driver's license was reported stolen at 975 Normal Ave.

* Money was reported stolen at 2112 Broadway.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle window was reported at Kingshighway and Southern Expressway.

Miscellaneous

* Tampering was reported.
