The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dale L. Koehler, 46, 2560 Lisa Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Kendron E. Jones, 38, of Anna, Illinois, was arrested on a warrant.
• Justin A. Hubbert, 33, 202 Greenbriar Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

Summonses

• Adam L. Childers, 28, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for tampering with a motor vehicle.
• Yuting Dong, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless driving.
• Katelyn M. Fischer, no age given, of St. Peters, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
• Matthew T. Fredwell, no age given, of Blodgett, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right side of the roadway.

Thefts

• Identity theft was reported.
• A purse was reported stolen at 1117 Emily Court.
• Money was reported stolen at 724 Broadway.

Burglary

• Medication was reported stolen at 67 Edgewood Drive.

Property damage

• Damage to a mailbox was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Interference with custody was reported.
• A 56-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• Parental kidnapping was reported.
