The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Billy J. Phillips, 53, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.

* Jason M. Seyller, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing and prohibited purchase of tobacco by a minor.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and trespassing.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Korey D. Abraham, 21, 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court to pay fines for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* Raymond J. Riddle, 25, homeless, was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.

Summonses

* Jennifer B. Jones, 21, 312 W. Lorimier St., No. B102, received a summons for property damage.

* Dawn M. Kirby, 43, 2425 N. Cape Rock Drive, received a summons for leash-law violation.

* Jerome F. Venteicher, 58, of Foley, Mo., received a summons for failure to keep private property free of litter.
