The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Michael J. Radtke, 24, 424 S. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop for a stop sign.

* Kristy N. Moit, 19, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield.

* Jammie N. Montgomery, 20, 321 Dearmont Circle, No. 112, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and liquor law violation.

Arrests

* Justin L. Roberts, 25, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of probation violation.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Shaun M. Cross, 27, 513 Amethyst St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for domestic assault.

* Carlee B. Reaves, 18, of Kimberling City, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for rear lights required.

* Sara L. Bailey, 20, of Bell City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Kiara L. Smith, 19, 1000 Towers Circle, and Lindsey K. Pender, 21, 511 Bellevue St., No. 1, were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* John F. Konopka II, 30, 233 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, trespassing and assault.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

* Jordyn I. Childs, 18, 360 Dearmont Circle, No. 217, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Steven R. Sadler, 30, 838 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of property damage.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of forcible sodomy, domestic assault and felonious restraint.

* Karen E. Johnson, 24, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Samuel M. Cook, 20, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for contempt for a suspended operator's license.

Summonses

* Lakeisha S. Lee, 31, 317 Mill St., received a summons for placement of waste containers.

* Ashley M. Poole, 26, 240 Marlin St., received a summons for a leash-law required.

* Jamie L. Kendall, 22, 1111 Cape Hills Drive, Apt. 3, received a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.

Burglaries

* A burglary, the theft of a shotgun and damage to a door were reported at 1447 N. Water St.

* A burglary and the theft of a television and a tablet were reported at 903 S. Pacific St.

* A burglary, the theft of a laptop, television, DVD player, iPhone, Xbox, PSP, Xbox games and assorted items and damage to a window were reported at 836 College St.

* A burglary, the theft of shoes, a television, Xbox with controller, laptop and Xbox games and damage to a door were reported at 717 S. Benton St.

* A burglary and damage to a door were reported at 1911 Brink St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings-highway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Cape County Transit Authority reported the theft of fare services at Themis and Fountain streets.

* Cash was reported stolen at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* A trailer was reported stolen at 2010 Beth Drive.

Property damage

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at 2145 Independence St.

* A vehicle door was reported damaged at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 616 Broadway.

Miscellaneous

* Failure to maintain property free of litter was reported.

* Harassment was reported.

* Illegal parking was reported at 219 N. Frederick St.

* A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
