* James A. West, 30, 1914 Grandview Drive, was arrested on two Madison County warrants for no insurance and driving with a suspended license.
* Keith D. Carter, 18, 617 N. Spanish St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for no operator's license, possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation for stealing.
* Tonia L. Williams, 28, 422 Bellevue St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for forgery and a probation violation.
* Justin D.J. Laws, 32, 419 North St., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for burglary.
* Megan D. Atzert, 20, 1444 Luce St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
* A 12-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for suspicion of behavior injurious to self or others.
* Cecil Maurice Jenkins, 41, 1210 S. Benton St., received a summons for illegal dumping.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of robbery.
* A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of robbery.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of assault.
* Jacob W. Morrison, 17, 319 Estate Drive, Lot 137, was arrested on suspicion of theft from Spencer Gifts.
* Connie L. Young, 47, 1506 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
* Leevi D. Grammer, 17, 2045 Woodland Hills Drive, was arrested on suspicion of a liquor law violation and possession of marijuana.
* Christina E. Burton, 35, 919 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a probation/parole warrant.
* Kenneth M. Norwood, 28, homeless, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.

* Ronald G. Elbert, 31, 415 S. Benton St., received a summons for stealing.
* Joshua Stuart Hall, 19, 1301 Dunklin St., received a summons for unlawful use of a driver's license.
* Judy Ann Fraser, 33, 317 S. Ellis St., received a summons for prohibited acts, noise.
* Brandon C. Wadlow, 33, 391 Rolling Hills Drive, and Deja R. Pinkston, 30, 930 W. Cape Rock Drive, received summonses for stealing at Food Giant at 1120 N. Kingshighway.

* Lacey D. Seabaugh, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Stanley J. Barrows, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving with a suspended license and failure to register a motor vehicle.
* Richard D. Raymond, 42, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for second-degree domestic assault.
