CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
- Dayveion J. Graham, 21, 800 S. Ellis St., was arrested at 3049 William St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for failure to appear for stealing.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
- Beria R. Tinsley, 36, 316 S. Lorimier St., No. 8, was arrested on a Charleston, Missouri, warrant for contempt of court and a Sikeston, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
- A 15-year-old girl was arrested on a warrant.
- Timmy E. Donley, 23, of Zalma, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for speeding and no insurance.
- Charles E. Fleming III, 28, of Chaffee, Missouri was arrested at 31 S. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for larceny and a Jefferson City, Missouri, warrant for parole violation for burglary.
- Micah J. Blackburn, 25, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for speeding.
- Noah M. Hendry, 22, 1710 N. Sprigg St., No. 711B, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for suspended driver's license, improper registration and failure to have two headlights.
- Shaun M. Steger, 33, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested at Lambert and Siemers drives on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic offenses.
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Kerry H. Davis Jr., 32, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a warrant.
Summonses
- Matthew D. Martin II, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for possession of drug paraphernalia, no headlights and improper registration at Olive Street and Big Bend Road.
- Daniel W. Aufdenberg, 42, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Siemers Drive.
- Kristy M. Jones, 35, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for stealing at Stevie's Steakburger, 600 Broadway.
Assaults
- Domestic assault was reported.

- Burglary and theft of clothing was reported at 823 Broadway.

Thefts
- Barrels were reported stolen at 1320 West Cape Rock Drive.
- A license plate was reported stolen at 2846 Whitener Street.
- A controlled substance was reported stolen.
- Stealing leased or rented property was reported by Penske Truck Leasing, 2217 Broadway.
- A cellphone was reported stolen at 341 S. Sprigg St.
- A cellphone was reported stolen at 210 Hanover St.
- Stealing from a motor vehicle was reported at 1764 Pemiscot St.
- A cellphone was reported stolen at 161 West Drive.
Property damage
- A vehicle was reported damaged at 1821 N. Main St.
- A broken window was reported at 512 S. Hanover St.

- A cellphone, firearm and knife were reported found at 3439 William St.

- A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

Arrests
- Tyler C. Ford, 24, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on County Road 318 on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing and two Alexander County, Illinois, warrants for unlawful possession of a stolen vehicle and theft.
- Keith J. Butler, 29, of Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked/driving while suspended.
- Sarah M. McFall, 32, of Scott City was arrested on Armstrong Drive on Scott County warrants for probation violation for identity theft and probation violation for possession of marijuana.
- Jason W. Thompson, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Teton Lane on suspicion of third-degree domestic assault, two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and resisting/interfering with arrest.
- Joshua A. Knight, 25, of Scott City was arrested on Saint Francis Drive on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
- Brianna Grice, 19, of Jackson was arrested at Route KK and County Road 503 on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
- Brandon R. Shaw, 23, of St. Louis was arrested at Route KK and County Road 503 on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
- Kendrick D. Woods, 34, of New Orleans was arrested at Route KK and County Road 503 on suspicion of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
- Genny M. Jones, 30, of Jackson was arrested at Shawnee Avenue and East Main Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
- Christen G. Turner, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for traffic violation, Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for not maintaining motor vehicle financial responsibility and Bollinger County, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear for traffic violation.
- Marvin L. Burton, 46, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Armstrong Drive on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for probation violation for property crimes.
- Kent L. Volkerding, 45, of Jackson was arrested on Route Y on a Union County, Arkansas, warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.
- Steffan J. Troxel, 30, of Jackson was arrested at Highway 177 and U.S. 61 on a Cape Girardeau warrant for traffic violation and red light violation.
- Shaun J. Cole, 38, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on Poe Lane on suspicion of possession of marijuana-synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less, a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
