The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Christopher R. Smith, 24, 515 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 19, was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts/noises.
* Clayton L. Anderson, 23, 1548 Revlon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and armed criminal action.
* Symone L. Branch, 25, 806 Themis St., No. 6, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* A suspect was in custody for property damage and unlawful use of a weapon.
* Daniel T. Harmon, 31, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia.
* A 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing Blu-ray Discs, an Xbox game and CDs at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Gary L. Lundsford, 62, 1105 Linden St., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and resisting or interfering with arrest.
* Damian E. Walls, 23, 1137 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for assault.
* Sexual assault was reported.
* Assault was reported.
* Theft of a laptop computer was reported at 513 S. Middle St.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported the theft of a Pioneer car stereo.
* Theft, assault and trespassing were reported.
* Theft of a driver's license, currency and a gift card was reported at 3037 Northchurch St.
* Theft of silverware and a weed trimmer and property damage were reported at 832 S. Kingshighway.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported fuel stolen.
* Theft of a mattress was reported at 2764 Lynwood Hills Drive.
* Damage to carpet and a sink was reported at 2034 Beth Drive.
* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device and armed criminal action were reported.
* Child abuse was reported.
* Request for service was reported.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported counterfeiting.
* False declaration was reported.
* Harassment was reported.
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.
* Theft of a projector was reported at the University Center, One University Plaza.
