The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dontavious D. Minnifield, 24, 818 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for domestic assault, two Cole County warrants for failure to appear for non-support and a Stoddard County warrant for a traffic offense.
• Jimmie L. Barlow, 59, 427 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for traffic offenses.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault/property damage.
• Joey D. Scowden, 44, of Thebes, Illinois, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau city warrant for two counts of improper registration and revoked license.
• A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of burglary and resisting/interfering with arrest.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and methamphetamine possession.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.

• Property damage was reported at 330 N. Spring Ave.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported.
