The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Felicia Smith, no age given, 125 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and issued a summons for driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Rachel Rowett, 21, no address given, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear.

* Christopher Stevenson, 21, 1714 Montgomery St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

* Steven Proctor, 20, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Kirkwood, Mo., warrant for failure to appear and was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

* A 37-year-old man was in custody pending formal charges of burglary.

* April Motsinger, 42, 1721 Cape Rock Meadows, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

Thefts

* Vehicles were reported broken into and stealing was reported at 1204 Butler St.

* Assault was reported in the 500 block of Washington Avenue.

Property damage

* Damage to a car was reported at 1701 Lacey St.

* Damage to an apartment door was reported in the 500 block of Cape Meadows Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 31-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* Request for service was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
