The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Eddie D. Kent, 51, 2640 Hopper Road, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.

Arrests

* Emanuel C. Harris, 29, 1601 Bessie St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to pay fines for traffic offenses.

* Avery C. Whitney, 19, 646 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* Sharron R. Ross, 21, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court.

* Thomas L. White, 28, 37 N. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for resisting/interfering with arrest.

* A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing a set of keys from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Stephanie L. Anderson, 41, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.

Summonses

* Sidney L. Harris, 19, 2080 Old Toll Road, Jackson, received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Katelyn J. Stovall, 21, 1301 Perry Ave., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Andrea R. Kieninger, 29, 319 Park Drive, received a summons for prohibited acts of noise.

Assault

* A domestic assault and property damage were reported.

Thefts

* A debit card and gift cards were reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* Ken's Cape Cleaners, 1704 Broadway, reported identification, money and checks stolen.

* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing, jewelry and a purse stolen. A subject was in custody pending formal charges in connection with the theft.

* Theft and fraudulent use of a credit device were reported.

* A portable CD player and CDs were reported stolen at 418 Themis St.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

Burglary

* Two televisions were reported stolen at 1112 Harmony St.

* A burglary was reported at 503 S. Benton St.

* Electronic goods were reported stolen at 1518 Good Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

* Armed criminal action and animal abuse were reported.

* Marijuana was reported found.

* A 27-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* Rent-A-Center, 2136 William St., reported a failure to return rental property.

* A 60-year-old man was reported missing.

* Forcible sodomy was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

* Trespassing was reported at 1712 El Rio Drive.

* A burglary attempt was reported in the 1500 block of Bel Air Drive.

* Property was reported damaged in the 1900 block of Lee Avenue.

* A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 2400 block of Winesap Drive.

* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of Greensferry Road.
