CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Pedro E. Lopez, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane, no driver's license and no insurance.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing light switches at Lowe's, 3440 Lowes Drive.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of theft at Macy's, 3049 William St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of trespassing at Town House Inn, 505 N. Kingshighway.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Samuel M. Cook, 25, homeless, was arrested at 807 William St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while suspended.
• Kelsey E. Hartman, 23, of Perryville, Missouri, was arrested at Broadway and North Henderson Avenue on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation.
• Mason L. Kaatman, 22, of St. Charles, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no operator's license.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Thefts

• A wallet and its contents were reported stolen at 333 N. Frederick St.
• Credit cards and identification were reported stolen at 405 E. Cape Rock Drive.
• License plates were reported stolen.
• A vehicle was reported stolen at Show Me Motors, 506 N. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 47-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
