Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs
* John R. Munzert, 49, of Cedar Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
* Stacey D. Thomason, 42, of Edwardsville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfre of a child.
Arrests
* William K. Scholin, 19, of Eureka, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and failure to show proof of insurance.
* Christopher L. Robbins, 30, 526 Boxwood Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
* Christopher W. Williams, 19, of Commerce, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St., and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Nicole R. Headspeth, 20, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St., and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
* Shaingqra D. King, 17, 616 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
* Jon C. Bullinger, 22, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and property damage.
* David A. Smith, 32, 624 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
* Edward Earl Sutton, 29, 1004 Maple St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
