The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Jason M. Montgomery, 18, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, two counts of failure to signal and an improper turn and on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speeding.

Arrests

* Kyle A. Foutch, 24, 1400 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for traffic offenses.

* Morgan A. Tate, 23, 7 N. Park St., was arrested on a warrant.

* Tricia Ann Roberts, 25, 611 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for property damage and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Makayla Shae Anderson, 17, 1008 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Jeffery Wayne Wiggington, 45, of Princeton, Ky., was arrested on a Georgia warrant for probation violation for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.

Summonses

* Samantha J. Pigg, 19, of Pacific, Mo., was issued a summons for unlawful use of a license.

* William A. Lueder, 19 S. Benton St., was issued a summons for failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Stephanie L. Toeniskoetter, no age given, 9 N. Fountain St., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

* Rebecca J. Tulley, no age given, of Clarence, Mo., was issued a summons for striking a legally parked vehicle.

Burglary

* Burglary, the theft of money and a broken window were reported at 3232 Independence St.

* Dylan R. James, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Arrests

* Terah B. Green, 32, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for possession with the intent to distribute and on a New Madrid County warrant for larceny.

* Amanda M. Allen, 29, of Jackson was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.

* Lorenzo Tate Jr., 25, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for driving while revoked, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and resisting/interfering with arrest.

* Patricia A. Schmoll, 37, of Millersville was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for exceeding a posted speed limit.

* Russell V. Vandiver, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked, failure to maintain financial responsibility, possession of a up to 35 grams of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Nicolas R. Moore, 33, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Timothy A. Rickard, 26, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Denise L. Israel, 43, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for distribution and manufacturing of a controlled substance.

* Ricky D. Abernathy, 53, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
