The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Brandie R. England, 32, 511 Themis St., was arrested at 511 Themis St. on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear on a show-cause order for motor-vehicle financial responsibility and Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for driving while revoked.
  • Timothy N. Tanzelle, 21, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested at 860 Rush Limbaugh Drive on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for stealing leased property.
  • Zebulun A.E. Bates Jr., 22, 1405 William St., was arrested at South Sprigg and Merriwether streets on a Ste. Genevieve County, Missouri, warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Khalid A. Alshehri, 23, 714 Watkins St., was arrested at North Henderson Avenue and Independence Street on a Perryville, Missouri, warrant for moving violation.
  • Deon L. Willis, 18, of Charleston, Missouri, was arrested on a New Madrid County, Missouri, warrant for robbery.
  • Miranda Goodwin, 40, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Mississippi County, Missouri, warrant for failure to obey a judge's order.
  • Jimmie L. Barlow, 59, 427 S. Benton St., was arrested a 427 S. Benton St. on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for stealing, suspended operator's license and failure to appear for driving while suspended.
  • Deanna S. Nanney, 25, homeless, was arrested at 45 S. West End Blvd. on Bollinger County, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for dangerous drugs and probation violation for dangerous drugs.
  • Meagan L. Miller, 23, 1830 Dunklin St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for no driver's license, expired license plates and failure to show proof of insurance.
  • Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court at 740 S. Kingshighway on suspicion of assault.
