Arrests

* James E. Richardson, 54, 2842 Independence St., was arrested on a Festus, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for speed.

* Michael C. Worley, 66, 505 N. Kingshighway, No. 117, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court and on a State of Missouri warrant for felony parole violation for failure to register as a sex offender.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrested, driving while suspended, no insurance, failure to stop for a steady red signal and careless and imprudent driving.

* Judy E. Criddle, no age given, 70 Sena Fawn Drive, was issued a summons for violation of a steady red light.

* Paul C. Lynch, 43, 6291 County Road 313, was issued a summons for an animal leash law required and animal city license required.

* Denice R. Bradford, no age given, 1205 Butler St., was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Charles D. Johnson, 58, 1427 N. Clark Ave., was issued a summons for animal leash law required.

* Austin D. Martin, no age given, 224 Pebble Lane, was issued a summons for improper backing.

* Michael J. Ballou, 64, of Fairdealing, Mo., was issued summonses for nuisance sanitation and failure to maintain private property free of litter.
