The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Chad Morber, 23, of Elkville, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure.

* Randy Bradley, 27, 1330 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a warrant.

Thefts

* The Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, 2536 Boutin Drive, reported animals stolen.

* A purse was reported stolen at 1631 Bessie St.

* A license plate was reported stolen at 2949 Perryville Road.

* Two gas thefts were reported at 546 S. Sprigg St.

* A theft was reported at 1828 Delwin St.

* A theft was reported at 701 N. Main St.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported at 1927 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

* Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 2008 N. Kingshighway, reported property damaged.

* Property was reported damaged at 2835 Whitener St.

* Property was reported damaged at 2831 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with child custody was reported.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1236 Linden St.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 1100 Ranney Ave.
