The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joshua K. Morris, 23, 2308 Jane Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Kimberly A. Eckhardt, 39, of Dyersburg, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart.

* Gary R. Tidwell, 32, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Walmart.

Burglary

* A laptop and digital camera were reported stolen at 1525 Parksite Drive.

Miscellaneous

* A 24-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A peace disturbance was reported at 210 S. Silver Springs Road.

Southeast Missouri State University

The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following item.

Theft

* An iPhone was reported stolen from the Show Me Center.
