DWI

  • Santon Pastor-Maldonado of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest by fleeing and possession of drug paraphernalia at 341 S. Sprigg St.
  • Dante Dreshawn Purl, 19, 615 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested at Pacific and Elm streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a motor vehicle on Interstate 55, mile marker 96.
  • Monica Renee Criddle, 32, 9 Village Drive, was arrested at 45 S. West End Blvd., on a Cape Girardeau warrant for no insurance.
  • Edward Bobby Gene Duncan Jr., 47, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested at 3462 Armstrong Drive on a Cape Girardeau warrants for traffic violations.
  • A juvenile was taken into custody at 330 N. Sprigg St. for possession of marijuana.
  • Amanda Bles, 36, of Oran, Missouri, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear on a charge of improper registration of a motor vehicle.
  • Shannon Babers, 39, of Benton, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant.
  • Steven Brannan, 32, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant.

Charges

  • Donnie Friese, no age given, of Marble Hill, Missouri, faces charges of assault at 3439 William St.

Summonses

  • Jeremiah J. McGuire, 20, of Jackson and Alexis I. Roellig, 18, of Cape Girardeau were issued summonses for trespassing at 1330 N. Sprigg St.
  • Eric Vails, no age given, of St. Louis was issued a summons at Caruthers Avenue and Broadway for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Tomas Concho, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons at 777 N. Main St. for possession of paraphernalia.

Assaults

  • Fourth-degree domestic assault was reported in the 1000 block of North Missouri Avenue.
  • Domestic assault was reported in the 900 block of Themis Street.
  • Second-degree domestic assault was reported at 202 Siemers Drive.

Burglaries

  • Burglary and stealing were reported at 416 S. Benton St.
  • Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 N. Ellis St., reported burglary, stealing and property damage.
  • Burglary and stealing were reported at West Drive and Independence Street.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported at 3126 Dogwood Drive.
  • Theft was reported on Village Drive.
  • Theft was reported at 1512 Clark Ave.
  • Theft was reported at 3210 Chateau Drive.
  • Riverview at the Park, 2732 Bloomfield Road, reported stealing and forgery.
  • Theft was reported at 3439 William St.
  • Macy's, 3049 William St., reported shoplifting and false declaration.
  • Theft was reported at 3020 Boutin Drive.

  • Failure to return to confinement was reported at 2530 Maria Louise Lane.
  • An animal bite was reported at 1812 Margaret St.
  • Detention/conveyance of a mentally-disordered person was reported in the 800 block of South Mount Auburn Road.
  • Harassment was reported in the 00 block of North Henderson Avenue.
  • A report was made at 931 West End Blvd.
  • Request for service was reported at 801 Good Hope St.
  • A warrant of commitment was reported at 2530 Maria Louise Lane.
  • A violation of an order of protection was reported in the 800 block of Broadway.
