Arrest

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Kedar E. Bland, 24, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of an imitation controlled drug at 221 William St.
  • A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault at 205 Caruthers Ave.

Summonses

  • Ellen Kay Graham, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited acts (loud music).
  • Emily C. Smith, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
  • Darren A. Livingston, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

  • Interference with custody was reported.
  • Counterfeiting was reported at Sonic, 1764 N. Kingshighway.
  • Forgery was reported at Grand Rivers Community Bank.
