CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrest

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Kedar E. Bland, 24, 927 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession of an imitation controlled drug at 221 William St.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault at 205 Caruthers Ave.

Summonses

• Ellen Kay Graham, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited acts (loud music).
• Emily C. Smith, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Darren A. Livingston, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Assaults

• Assault and armed criminal action were reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• An iPhone was reported stolen at 36 N. Spanish St.
• Money was reported stolen at RNR Custom Wheels and Tires, 606 S. Kingshighway.
• Money and gift cards were reported stolen and fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Theft was reported at Centenary United Methodist Church, 300 N. Ellis St.

Property damage

• A vehicle window was reported broken at 909 Normal Ave.
• A window was reported damaged at 612 S. Ellis St.
• A vehicle was reported damaged.

Miscellaneous

• Interference with custody was reported.
• Counterfeiting was reported at Sonic, 1764 N. Kingshighway.
• Forgery was reported at Grand Rivers Community Bank.
