  • O'Teasha Denise Brandy, 19, 812 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear and a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Michael E. Bowen, 47, 503 S. Benton St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to pay fines and failure to appear for rear lights violation.
  • Kristopher Lynn Blair, 28, 800 W. Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • Rebecca Ann Long, 32, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault and domestic assault.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and unlawful use of a weapon.

  • Scott Michael Goodin, no age given, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated at Fourth Street and Big Bend Road.

  • Burglary and theft of hats, headphones, cellphones, watches and money were reported at 1629 Whitener St.

Thefts

  • A ladder and extension cord were reported stolen at 122 Winterfield Drive.
  • Missouri license plates 8DS-899 were reported stolen at 36 N. Spanish St.

  • A violation of order of protection was reported.
