CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tricia A. Roberts, no age given, 800 West Rodney Drive, was arrested on a Festus, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear.
• Thomas B. McCall, no age given, of Forsyth, Georgia, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Charles A. Robinson, no age given, 405 S. Ellis St., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Jevon D. Burleson, 17, 8 Village Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.
• Justin D. Gray, 19, 523 Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Assault

• Assault was reported at Independence and North Main streets.
• Domestic assault, robbery, theft of a motor vehicle and property damage were reported.

Burglary

• Burglary was reported at 3007 Themis St.

Thefts

• License plates were reported stolen at 235 N. Lorimier St.
• License plates were reported stolen at 3248 William St.
• Theft was reported at Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway.

Miscellaneous

• A 23-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 29-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
• A curfew violation was reported.
• A 21-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 36-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A vehicle left the scene of a motor vehicle accident at 2307 Broadway.
