The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Omar T. Johnson, 32, 1927 N. Kingshighway, No. 50, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Iesha V. Purl, 33, 907 Ranney Ave., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear in court for traffic offenses.

* A subject was taken into custody pending formal charges for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court for property damage to the city of Cape Girardeau's floodwall at Broadway and North Water Street.

* Travis P. Martin, 40, 2720 Luce St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for stealing and possession of a controlled substance at Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Matthew C. Duncan, 26, 430 Sheridan Drive, Apt. H, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for failure to pay fines.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Glasses were reported stolen at Marion Eye Center, 297 S. Silver Springs Road.

* Robbery and armed criminal action were reported.

* Theft of a motor vehicle was reported.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1933 Delwin St.
