The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Bryan L. Penrod, 21, 186 Lagoon Ave., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine.

Arrests

* Darin L. Lefler, 39, 116 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for insufficient funds.

* Larry D.C. Warner, 40, of Whitewater was arrested on a warrant.

* Kenneth D. Patterson, 33, of Mound City, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Girish K. Malhotra, 20, 1515 Themis St., and Andrew C. Koeppel, 22, 1550 Trenton Lane, were issued summonses for nuisance party.

* William E. Rives, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported.

* A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

* Domestic assault was reported.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for domestic assault and trespassing.

Thefts

* Theft of fuel was reported at Rhodes, 2109 William St.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit device was reported.

* Stealing was reported at 341 N. Main St.

* Pet supplies were reported stolen by Cape Small Animal Clinic, 210 Christine St.

* Attempted robbery was reported at 1925 Broadway.

* Theft of fuel was reported at Rhodes, 10 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported.

Miscellaneous

* A wallet was reported lost at 2013 Independence St.

* A wallet and money were reported lost at 3439 William St.

* A 32-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* An 18-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges for harassment.

* A runaway juvenile was reported.

* A 43-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A runaway juvenile was reported.
