CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Gary L. Harris, 56, 1021 S. Ellis St., was arrested at Morgan Oak and South Sprigg streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for assault.
• Tiffany E. Smith, 20, 1455 Whitener St., was arrested at William and South Hanover streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for fraud/illegal use of credit cards.
• Christie L. Stallings, 32, 3011 Themis St., Apt. D., was arrested at Lexington Avenue and Kingshighway on a Malden, Missouri, warrant for contempt of court.
• Kyle S. Thompson, 22, 1500 Revlon Drive, was arrested at North Kingshighway and Independence Street on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
• Cari S. Russo, 35, of Tampa, Florida, was arrested at 813 Illinois St. on three Belton, Missouri, warrants for failure to appear for traffic violations.
• Lisa A. Samonte, 37, of Broseley, Missouri, was arrested at 1918 N. Kingshighway on a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.
• Wendi D. Freeman, 30, 136 S. Lorimier St., No. 7, was arrested at Themis and North Water streets on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation and failure to appear for disorderly conduct, stealing and failure to abate.
• Nicholas D. Bamvakais, 21, 1540 Independence St., was arrested at William Street and South Farrar Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and no headlight.
• Corey W. Quintana, 24, 1119 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while revoked.
• John M. Bradley Jr., 45, 3209 Yorktown Drive, was arrested on a warrant at Lexington Avenue and Abbey Road.
• Stacy R. Anderson, 42, 1558 Independence St., was arrested at Keller Avenue and Themis Street on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and forgery and a Scott County warrant for probation violation and failure to appear.
• Phillip D. Traughber, 29, 501 Windwood Lake Drive, was arrested on a warrant at Shawnee Parkway and Minnesota Street.
• Jacob M. Redd, 19, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was arrested at 6 Rivercrest Drive on a Poplar Bluff warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Summons

• Clinton H. Broxton, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash required.

Assault

• Assault was reported.

Theft

• Theft and receiving stolen property were reported at Lowes, 3440 Lowes Drive.

Property damage

• Damage to a basement door was reported at 11 S. Hanover St.

Miscellaneous

• Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 3049 William St.
• Identity theft was reported.
