The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Joey D. Weaver, 27, 788 Mockingbird Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.

Arrests

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of fraudulent use of a debit/credit device.

* Syera L. Horrell, 29, 2813 Whitener St., Apt. C5, and Torrance O. Gardner, 28, 2813 Whitener St., Apt. C2, were arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Dreshane A. Ayers, 17, and Preston R. Hattenhauer, 18, both of Jackson, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., and resisting arrest.

* Erica A.M. Huter, 22, 1037 N. Middle St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court, for failure to pay fines, for improper registration and no operator's license.

* James H. Powell Jr., 46, 21 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license, improper registration, no insurance and following too close.

* Ashley N. Windeknecht, 27, 801 S. Pacific St., on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Brooke D. Payne, 28, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for driving while revoked.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Pepsi Mid America reported a theft.

* Identity theft was reported.

* Prescription drugs and money were reported stolen at 126 S. Louisiana Ave.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 25 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Behavior injurious to self or others was reported.

* A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
