The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Two 13-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* A 13-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for assault.
* Fawn Eileen Chambers, 50, of Naylor, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Robert Lee Chambers, 42, of Naylor, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Sheila Rene Waeltermann, 22, of Park Hills, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.
* Brian Devale Jackson, 26, 58 Green Acres Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for no operator's license.
Summons
* Lauren A. Tustanowsky, no age given, 1000 Towers Circle South, was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane.
Thefts
* A purse and cellphone were reported stolen at 224 N. Frederick St.
* Kidd's Gas and Convenience Store, 1325 Broadway, reported alcohol stolen.
* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported theft of a printer, ink cartridges, laundry detergent, printer paper and Coca-Cola.
