Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of being beyond parental control.
  • Joel Lamar Williams, 19, 3022 Mimosa St., Apt. 10, was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and stealing at J.C. Penney, 3049 William St.

Summons

  • Natasha M. Parry, 37, of Scott City was issued a summons for shoplifting at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

Thefts

  • Theft was reported at 3004 Themis St.
  • Theft was reported at 238 N. Fountain St.
