The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Alisha K. Tribble, 31, of Jackson was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• William D. Christisen, 54, 2850 Whitener St., was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection, domestic assault and felonious restraint.
• Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of displaying plates of another vehicle, driving while suspended, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to distribute.
• Angel S. Hernandez, 30, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear.
• Corey A. Hill, 21, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for possession of controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
• Beverly D. Haley, 34, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.
• Travis L. Tipler, 17, 815 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while suspended and failure to display lighted headlamps.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
• Mariques C. Boyd, 31, 1010 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• Michael C. Criddle, 28, 417 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• De'Andre C. Whalen, 25, 605 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Emily B. Jackson, 27, 244 N. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation for stealing.
• Larry E. Hood Sr., 61, 1236 Bertling St., was arrested on a warrant for a parole violation for assault.

Summonses

• Burley R. Spies, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield.
• Edna M. Gregory, no age given, of Advance, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop for a steady red light.
• Lisa E. Stuhr, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a steady red light.

Thefts

• Prescription medication was reported stolen.
• Identity theft was reported.

Assaults

• Assault was reported.

Property damage

• Property damage and violation of an order of protection were reported at 30 N. Hanover St.
