The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Julie T. Jamieson, 30, 605 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no operator's license.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault, assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

* Ryan S. Mosley, 25, 728 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* A ring was reported stolen at 1419 Whitener St.

* A wallet, cell phone and money were reported stolen at 1625 N. Kingshighway.

* Steak N Shake, 3061 William St., reported food stolen.

Property damage

* A door's glass pane was reported damaged at 2125 Chesapeake Ave.

Miscellaneous

* A 53-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
