Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Gregory L. Johnson, 29, of Mound City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Two boys, ages 7 and 11, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance and behavior injurious to self or others.

* A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion behavior injurious to self.

* Brandon W. Walls, 29, 431 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended, no proof of insurance and displaying the plates of another vehicle.

* Devin E. Smith, 24, 319 Park Drive, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.

Summons

* Kelley R. Prochak, 42, of Oran, Mo., received a summons on suspicion of stealing at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Burglary

* A burglary and the theft of jars of money and a purse were reported at 1126 S. Benton St.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* Kidd's II, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported gasoline stolen.

* A 2002 white Ford Explorer was reported stolen at 121 East Rodney Drive.

Property damage

* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1701 Lacey St.
