CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Victor L. Riley, 38, 3006 Wisteria Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving while revoked.
• Erik M. Hunter, 23, of St. Peters, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Justin B. Wilson, 19, of Chaffee, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, unlawful use of driver's license, and being a minor in possession of intoxicants.

Arrests

• Brian D. Cayce, 22, 843 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Bader M.S. Aljoaid, 23, 2777 Hawthorne Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Caleb J. Yount, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of violation of an order of protection.
• Jasmine A. Turner, 28, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for use of headlights.
• Tracy Steele, 20, 202 S. Pacific St., was arrested on an O'Fallon, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
• John Robert Miller, 35, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing.

Summonses

• Shunder D. Spurlock, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for no insurance.
• Brandon M. Niederkorn, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a lawfully stopped vehicle.
• Devanie D. Casper, 39, and Jonathan T. Lee, 28, both of Mounds, Illinois, were issued summons for stealing at Menards, 535 Siemers Drive.
• Candace P. Thedford, 24, and Tracy Steele, 20, both of Cape Girardeau were issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Mary L. Steele, 21, Jevon A. Weaver, 21, Davian D. Baker, 20, and Tammie M. Moore, 21, all of Cape Girardeau, were issued summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
• Joshua T. Pensel, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to drive on right half of the roadway.
• Lacy J. Garner, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.

Thefts

• A purse was reported stolen at 1401 Bloomfield St.
• A laptop was reported stolen at 2027 Broadway.
• Identity theft was reported.
• License plates were reported stolen at 1759 Pemiscot St.
• Stealing and forgery were reported.
• A cellphone and cover were reported stolen at 2379 Cheetah Lane.
• Identity theft was reported.

Assaults

• Assault and property damage were reported.
• Sexual assault, deviate sexual assault and burglary were reported.

Property damage

• A console was reported damaged and a laptop stolen at 1201 S. Ranney Ave.

Miscellaneous

• Violation of an order of protection was reported.

• Interference with custody was reported.

• A 37-year-old man was placed in mental detention.
