CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.

Arrest

• Jeremiah Twiggs, 32, 616 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on suspended license.
• Travis J. Moore, no age given, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, motor vehicle accident and unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

• Quinn I. Uzoaru, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Keilon D. Daniels, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for theft.
• Karlis J.L. Scott, 32, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Thefts

• Stealing was reported at 1000 South Silver Springs Road.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Property damage

• A door and window were reported damaged at 520 Minnesota St.

Miscellaneous

• Violation on an order of protection was reported.
• A 56-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 33-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
• A 62-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Tommy L. Tipler Jr., 22, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for theft.
• William M. Lukefahr, 35, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of second-degree domestic assault.
• Amanda J. Carr, 30, no address given, was arrested on a Missouri Probation and Parole warrant for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
• Mercedes D. Harless, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear in court for failure to register a motor vehicle.
• Christopher L. Eskew, 28, of Jackson was arrested on a Scott County warrant for probation violation for larceny.
• Matthew J. Hale, 24, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Kelsey N. Hale, 20, of Advance, Missouri, was arrested for a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for exceeding a posted speed limit.
• Charles L. Shipman, 45, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and theft.
• Chanda R. Hunsaker, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary and theft, a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport and a St. Clair County-Osceola warrant for probation violation for nonsupport.
