CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Kailey M. Congdon, 27, of Jackson was arrested at 1624 N. Kingshighway on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while revoked at 612 S. Sprigg St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault in the 1500 block of Briarcliff Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of distribution of a controlled substance, expired registration and unlawful use of a weapon at 121 S. Sprigg St.
• Jajuan D. Bell, 28, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a warrant of commitment.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm at Shawnee Parkway and South Sprigg Street.
• Jakeyle K. Clark, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of property damage at 818 Themis St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and assault on a law enforcement officer at 10 S. Plaza Way.
• Misty D. Reynolds, 34, of Bloomfield, Missouri, was arrested at 3439 William St. on suspicion of stealing.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and delivery of 35 grams of less of marijuana at 600 N. Fountain St.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on a drug violation at 603 Sycamore Circle.

Summonses

• Blake E. Kingree, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for careless and imprudent driving at Belleridge Pike and Perryville Road.
• Hayley Pobst, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for an animal leash law violation at 1925 Broadway.

Charges

• Collin Dodd, 23, of Cape Girardeau faces charges on suspicion of possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and a traffic violation at Collins Drive and North Mount Auburn Road.

Assaults

• Assault was reported at Interstate 55 and Nash Road
• Assault was reported at 235 N. Lorimier St.

Burglary

• Burglary and stealing were reported at 1814 E. Weissinger St.

Thefts

• Armetrice F. Harris, 26, 1946 Delwin St., Apt. C, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
• Stealing was reported.
• World Wide Auto Group, 766 S. Kingshighway, reported theft.
