The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.
* Three suspects were in custody pending formal charges of stealing alcohol, a portable hard drive and a cellphone at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Wydriickuss L. Gorman, 32, 808 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for child neglect.
* Kaleigh D. Sutherland, 22, 1614 Whitener St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Hubert R. Bell, 36, 536 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Mississippi County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for possession of marijuana.
* Dorian L. Triplett, 37, 3018 Mimosa Drive, Apt. 4, was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
* Alycia M. Smith, 23, 424 Sheridan Drive, was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* Troy P. Williams, 32, 2560 Lisa Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of interfering with arrest.
* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
* Alex P. Hodges, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court.
* Sherman Combs, 36, 917 Linden St., was arrested on a St. Francois County, Mo., warrant for dangerous drugs.
* Amanda D. Arnsberg, 31, of Burfordville was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Alan R. Weber, 28, of Kelso, Mo., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* John M. Hanners, 45, 45 S. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Juan C. Garcia, 38, 1117 N. Clark Ave., was issued a summons for supplying alcohol to a minor.
* Andrew D. Ligons, 26, 416 N. West End Blvd., was issued a summons for nuisance/sanitation violation.
* Megan B. Glastetter, 26, of Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
* Brandon S. Andrews, 22, 824 Good Hope St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain brush pile.
* Burglary and theft were reported at 19 S. Benton St.
* Theft of a laptop computer was reported at 931 Elm St.
* Theft from a motor vehicle was reported at 2541 Wild Horse Trail.
* Property damage was reported at Auburn Place Hotel and Suites, 3265 William St.
* Property damage and theft from a motor vehicle were reported at 2613 Perryville Road.
* Property damage was reported at 740 W. Rodney Drive.
* A 61-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
* Taco Bell, 3039 William St., reported counterfeiting.
