CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Christopher R. Smith, 26, 515 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
• Brian D. Cayce, 22, 843 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

Summonses

• Terrence W. Lipps, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.
• Kimberly A. Felts, no age given, of Campbell, Missouri, was issued a summons for leaving the scene and striking a legally parked vehicle.

Thefts

• A utility trailer and equipment were reported stolen at 1220 S. West End Blvd.
• Identity theft was reported.
• A 1992 black and gray extended cab Chevrolet pickup was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.

Burglary

• Burglary, damage to a door and theft of a refrigerator and crystal rocks were reported at 102 N. Park St.
• Burglary, damage to a door and theft of change were reported at 1757 Bessie St.

Property damage

• Damage to a door and trespassing were reported at 1529 New Madrid St.

Miscellaneous

• A violation of order of protection was reported.
• A violation of order of protection was reported.
• A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
• A 20-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
