The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, endangering the welfare of a child, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and drug intoxication.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

* Michael D. Demaria, 42, 225 W. Forrester St., Apt. B2, was arrested on suspicion of theft.

* Calvin G. Ayers, 52, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of violation of court order of protection.

* Terrence Reed, 36, 1708 Big Bend Road, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and possession with intent to distribute.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

* Amy E. Shaw, 35, 2833 Hopper Road, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation for theft.

* Linda E. Camper, 60, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of stealing a watch at Kohl's, 315 Shirley Drive.

* James S. Brasfield, 33, 1019 Sprigg St., was arrested on a state of Missouri warrant for parole violation.

* Reggie E. Kindle, 30, 419 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Jackson County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for resisting arrest, battery, obstruction of justice and destroying evidence.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, no valid driver's license and failure to signal.

* Alexander M. Gross, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Steven C. Higgerson, 25, 2406 Masters Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Tricia A. Roberts, 25, 611 Koch Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

* Dante L. Criddle, 20, 620 S. Henderson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and a Randolph County, Ill., warrant for assault.

* Orlando D. Price, 25, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on an Alexander County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Nicholas A. Parsons, 34, 2835 Whitener St., Apt. 10, was arrested on a Reynolds County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.

* Anthony L. McGill, no age given, 1106 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a charge of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Dewayne Felty, 30, 529 Olive St., was arrested on suspicion of committing prohibited acts.

* Tanisha R. Dunigan, no age given, 324 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court.

* A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of DWI, drug possession, driving on a suspended license and failure to drive in a single lane.

* Vashon Bell, 25, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing speakers at Money Time Pawn, 2112 Broadway.

Assaults

Thefts

* Identity theft was reported.

* Theft of copper wire and tools with a toolbox was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd.

* Theft of a purse containing credit cards, identification, jewelry and money was reported at 283 S. Lake Drive.

* Theft was reported at 313 N. Fountain St.

* Coats and compact discs were reported stolen from a vehicle at 43 S. Main St.

* Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported auto parts stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 728 Hickory St.

* Bi-State Mobil, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen.

* An iPhone 4S was reported stolen at 1106 Towers.

Property damage

* Damage to a trunk lid was reported at 2560 Lisa Drive.

* Property damage was reported at 313 N. Fountain St.

* Property damage was reported at 2825 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* An animal bite was reported.

* Prohibited acts/noises were reported at 1100 S. Ranney Ave.

* Harassment was reported at 701 Broadway.

CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIS

* Anthony S. Sagers, 27, of Jackson was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated.

* Gage W. Brown, 22, of Delta was arrested on a Missouri State Highway Patrol warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Gary W. Ledbetter Jr., 19, of Cape Girardeau, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Collin J. Seyer, 18, of Bell City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and exceeding a posted speed limit.

* Vesteen Taylor Jr., 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pursuing, taking and disposing of wildlife illegally.

* Michael E. Green, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on two warrants for probation violation for possession of a controlled substance and probation violation for nonsupport.
