CAPE GIRARDEAU
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
- Michael W. Bell, 42, 406 Albert St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, and assault on a law enforcement officer.
- A suspect is in custody pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Arrests
- Elizabeth A. King, 26, 1109 S. Giboney Ave., and Cody L. Webster, 19, 335 E. Cape Rock Drive, were arrested on suspicion of stealing at 3439 William St.
- Brittney L. Watts, 25, 3 Village Drive, was arrested on a Miner, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for failure to register a motor vehicle.
- Thomas W. McRoy, 36, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- Matthew A. Cook, 27, 1014 Bloomfield St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation.
- Jonathan D. Holley, 32, of Kelso, Missouri, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud/failure to appear.
Summons
- Keyesha K. Hamilton, no age given, of Hayti, Missouri, was issued a summons for no insurance and improper lane usage.
