The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

• Tinesha N. Warren, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued summonses for displaying prohibited items and failure to maintain property free of litter at 805 S. Ellis St.
• Katie Golden, 22, of Imperial, Missouri, was issued a summons for animal bite at 1524 Good Hope St.
• Katoshia N. Grubb, 25, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 703 S. Ellis St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

• A cellphone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Money and an air mattress were reported stolen from a vehicle.
• Theft of a firearm was reported.
• A purse and its contents, including a credit card, were reported stolen at 402 S. Silver Springs Road.

Miscellaneous

• Fraudulent use of a credit or debit device was reported.
• Forgery was reported at 160 S. Broadview St.
• Detained mentally disordered person was reported.
• Violation of an order of protection for an adult was reported.
