DWI

  • Lee W. Johannes, 61, 222 Good Hope St., was arrested at Hopper Road and Patricia Street on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • Ashley N. Rhymer, 24, 2780 Lynwood Hills Drive, No. 6, was arrested at 2780 Lynwood Hills Drive on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of stealing at Macy's, 3049 William St.
  • Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Darius L. Criddle, 18, 915 Hickory St., was arrested at 1013 S. Ranney Ave. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for domestic assault and property damage.
  • Tyler P. Hawn, 51, of Jackson was arrested at 1112 Linden St. on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for pickpocketing.
  • Tiffany R. Warner, 27, 1448 N. Kingshighway, Room 210, was arrested at 1448 N. Kingshighway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for forgery.
  • Elizabeth D. Johnson, 38, of Jackson was arrested at 3049 William St. on a Butler County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation for fraudulent attempt to obtain controlled substance.

Summonses

  • Orval H. Taylor Jr., 21, of Sikeston, Missouri, was issued summonses for tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and failure to display license plates.
  • Angelina A. Medrano, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for assault at 1721 Cape Meadows Circle.
