The Cape Giradeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Brian A. Greer, 22, 320 Mill St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a probation violation and two Stoddard County warrants for a probation violation for child neglect.

* Shantay M. Peairs, 28, 111 S. Pacific St., was arrested on two Cape Giradeau warrants for failure to appear for suspended operator's license and violating the child restraint law.

Summonses

* Lindsey Dawn Edwards, 27, 45 S. West End Blvd., received a summons for harassing phone calls.

Assaults

* An assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* An assault and burglary were reported.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Money was reported stolen at 211 St. Francis Drive.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.

* Shell Dmart, 3415 William St., reported gasoline stolen.

Burglary

* Hats, a watch, a trophy and knives were reported stolen from 2810 Whitener St.

Miscellaneous

* Forgery was reported at 3026 William St.

* Forgery was reported at 330 Siemers Drive.

* A 43-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
