  • Lacey D. Baker, 24, of Cape Girardeau was arrested at Good Hope and South Middle streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Shannon L. Carnell, 39, 3011 Themis St., Apt. A, was arrested at Kingsway and Janet drives on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
  • Billy J. Harrison, 40, 3019 Aspen Drive, No. 2, was arrested at 3019 Aspen Drive on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense.
  • Delbert L. Williams, 62, 679 Napa Circle, was arrested at Bessie and North Clark streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.
  • Linda K. Todd, 42, 1430 N. Spanish St., was arrested at South Fountain Street and Shawnee Parkway on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for contempt of court for dangerous drugs.
  • Jennifer Fuentes, 20, of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Bily G. Pullin, 61, homeless, was arrested at 1624 N. Kingshighway on a St. Charles County, Missouri, Department of Corrections warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Lori A. Welker, 42, 1302 Bloomfield St., was arrested at Albert and William streets on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Tristen D. Lipps, 30, 1743 Lakeshore Drive, was arrested at 19 S. Kingshighway on a Scott City warrant for moving traffic violation.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
  • Heather D. Dicus, 34, of Fairdealing, Missouri, was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for probation violation.
  • Lindsey N. Clifton, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Jackson warrant for speeding.
  • Valerie I. Estes, 31, of Sikeston, Missouri, was arrested on a Wright County, Missouri, warrant for dangerous drugs.
  • Jade A. Wayne, 24, 1721 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stop-sign violation.
  • Daquasia L.H. Dawson, 21, 820 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for striking a legally stopped or parked vehicle.
  • Mary L. Edwards, 32, 1020 Independence St., was arrested at Hawthorne and Hopper roads on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while revoked.
  • Thomas E. Edridge, 22, 803 S. Ellis St., was arrested at 20 N. Spanish St. on a Bollinger County, Missouri, warrant for passing bad checks, possession of a controlled substance and failure to appear for property damage.
  • Rico J. Wheeler, 37, 612 Boxwood Drive, was arrested at Bloomfield and Louis streets on Cape Girardeau warrants for window tinted and no operator's license.
  • Randy G. Lewis Jr., 34, 1800 William St., was arrested at 19 S. Kingshighway on Cape Girardeau County warrants for burglary, stealing and controlled substance.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of assault on a law-enforcement officer at 1701 Lacey St.

Summonses

  • Brittany N. Woods, 24, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for animal leash law required at 901 S. Benton St.
  • Destiny D. Moore, 23, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for nuisance declared at 610 Boxwood Drive.

  • A 38-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A suitcase was reported found at 126 Sheridan Drive.
