CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• David M. Hart, 43, of Soctt City was arrested at 401 Independence St. on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.
• Darren P. LaFrance, 23, 114 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.
• Melissa D. Buck Hollowell, 30, of Malden, Missouri, was arrested on a Stoddard County, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
• Jamie E. Davidson, 35, 2516 Windy Hill Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for stealing.
• A suspect was arrested pending charges of failure to return to confinement.

Summonses

• Robert A. Salvatore, 57, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for nuisance violation.
• Andrew J.M. Miller, 18, of Jackson was issued summonses for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
