CAPE GIRARDEAU

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jasimane D. Flennoy, no age given, of Lilbourn, Missouri, was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Isaiah M. Lane, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on a warrant.
• Amber A. Allen, 25, of Washington, Missouri, was arrested on a Wentzville, Missouri, warrant for failure to appear for child neglect.
• Andre I. Rogers, 33, 2625 Independence St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration and failure to appear for a suspended operator's license.
• Tracy L. Brown, 41, of Kennett, Missouri, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for two counts of failure to appear and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Suspects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance.
• Four suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful possession of a concealable firearm, possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Summonses

• Jeanna M. Ramsey, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for striking a stopped vehicle.
• Jacqueline C. Parker, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, improper registration, no insurance and driving without a valid license.
• Jacob K. Shollar, no age given, of St. Charles, Missouri, was issued a summons for striking a legally stopped vehicle.
• Matthew B. Rider, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for am unlicensed vehicle and a seat-belt violation.
• Mattie J. Rider, 30, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a seat-belt violation.

Thefts

• Identity theft was reported.
• A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for shoplifting at 315 Shirley Drive.
• A suspect was in custody pending formal charges on shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
• Identity theft was reported.
• An electric guitar and amp were reported stolen at 2721 Luce St.

Assaults

• Domestic assault was reported.
• Sexual assault was reported.

Miscellaneous

• Indecent exposure was reported at 315 Shirley Drive.
• Unlawful use of a weapon was reported at 2764 Lynwood Hills Drive.
• An animal bite was reported.
• Furnishing pornographic material to a minor was reported.
