Cape Girardeau police report 3/1/13

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Alicia L. Cunigan, 48, 805 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, no insurance and resisting arrest.

Arrests

* Arkeisha L. Smith, 28, and Lavan C. Johnson, 34, both of 609 Maple Ave., were arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Two suspects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon.

* Derrick T. Ressel, 26. 1107 Merriwether St., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for motor vehicle responsibility.

Summonses

* Brian J. Ramano, no age given, 611 Mechaw Lane, was issued a summons for driving while suspended and an unlicensed vehicle.

* Wilma J. Straton, no age given, 319 Pueblo Lane, was issued a summons for failure to yield.

* Darrell W. McIntyre, no age given, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain a single lane.

Assaults

* Domestic assault was reported.

* Assault was reported at 26 N. Main St.

Thefts

* Huck's Convenience Store, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Theft of an iPhone and otterbox case was reported at Central Junior High School, 205 Caruthers St.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported fuel stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 57-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

* A 24-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
