Arrests

* Christopher M. Jordan, 25, 2813 Whitener St., Apt. C4, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for assault.

* Russell S. Jackmann, 51, 522 Boxwood Drive, Apt. 1, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

* Mary A. Duran, 23, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Walmart, 3439 William St.

Summonses

* Kasey D. Rutherford, 22, of Jackson received a summons for no insurance.

* James W. Martin Jr., 50, 2828 Bevin Drive, received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assault

* Domestic assault was reported.
