DWI
- Steven R. Davis, 45, 2842 Independence St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
- John T. Whiteside, 62, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for drinking while driving.
Arrests
- A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of tampering with a victim.
- Jonathan T. Lee, 28, of Mounds, Illinois, was arrested on a Union County, Illinois, warrant for shoplifting.
- Jesse A. Pulley, 39, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Save-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St.
- Kewanna M. Johnson-Gray, 20, 523 N. Middle St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Crystal I. Medling, 31, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
- Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing at Claires, 3049 William St.
Summonses
- Brittany L. Hassen, 20, of Fredericktown, Missouri, was issued a summons for shoplifting at Victoria's Secret, 3049 Willaim St.
- Queen E. Payne, 49, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
- Carl J. Thrasher, 19, of Kennett, Missouri, was issued a summons for a peace disturbance.
- Tanisha L. Marshall-Watkins, no age given, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving with expired tags and striking a legally stopped vehicle.

- A juvenile was cited into juvenile court for assault.

- Burglary and the theft of electronics were reported at 1629 Whitener St.

- A vehicle window was reported broken at 546 S. Sprigg St.
- A vehicle tire was reported damaged at 1929 Delwin St.
Miscellaneous
- Tampering with a motor vehicle was reported at 3049 William St.
- A violaton of an order of protection was reported.
