DWI

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of resisting arrest and driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.

* Antanay N. Lucas, 18, 706 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and a seat-belt violation.

* Ceola A. Lucas, 21, 706 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court for no insurance.

* Brent S. Johnson, 26, of Jackson was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for nonsupport.

* Two juveniles were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of peace disturbance.

* Eric J. Brashear, 20, 2812 Themis St., Apt. B, was arrested on a warrant.

* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of stealing from Walmart, 3439 William St.

* Ryan D. Borgfield, 25, 1801 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Summonses

* Jerry J. Gow, 46, 315 S. Lorimier St., Apt. A, received a summons for trespassing.

* Leroy D. Wren, 49, 630 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain private property free of litter.

* Cody M. Randen, 21, 308 W. Lorimier St., No. 1, received a summons for a noise violation.

Assaults

* Assault was reported.

* A robbery was reported at 210 S. Hanover St. Lottery tickets and cash were reported stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* A bag was reported stolen at 449 N. Kingshighway.

* Prescription drugs were reported stolen at 1701 Lacey St.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported fuel stolen.

* Identity theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.
